High PPF, Higher PPFD
Every second, more than 1,750 μmol/s of photons depart the energized light emitting diodes at the speed of 2.998*108m/s reaching for the photoreceptor among plant tissues. The intensity of those photons arriving at the canopy are further enhanced by the SANANBIO PhotonPro™ Optical Reflector to drive a higher PPFD for plant development.
Uniformity by Nonuniform Design
Unlike competitor products, PHX is equipped with the Enhanced-Edge design for the LED layout. The density of LEDs are increased as they are closer to the edge of the fixture to even out the hot spot and achieve optimized light uniformity.

Thermal Control
Compared with HPS, PHX's higher efficacy decreases HVAC energy consumption by 50%. Outfitted with an aluminum profile and a detachable driver, PHX dissipates heat efficiently and distances the heat source from the plants. It's tested that the highest operation temperature of a PHX is 55℃ in an environment of 31.2℃. Thus, PHX can be placed close to the canopy and serve a longer time.
One for One HPS Replacement
Compared with a HPS (1,000 W), PHX provides 15% more lights for the canopy but with 35% less energy consumed. Cost to be earned back in 2-3 years with the energy saved (15,000 kW·h saved in 5 years).
